Meters are read the last week of each month.

Bills are mailed the first week of each month.

Bills are due on the 15th unless that falls on a weekend, then they are due on the next Monday.

Reminders are sent out after the 15th and include a 5% late fee. The disconnect date will be stated on the reminder.

Service will be discontinued and a $40 fee will be charged to renew service along with the payment in full of all current charges to the account.
